His true love said to him
"My mother won't mind

And she drew away from him
And then she did say

Till our wedding day

Then she drew away from him

And so proudly he watched her

Then she made her way homeward

Then one night she went to him
And she softly stepped in

That her feet made no din
And she laid her hand on him
