Chemtrails

There's a redtail hawk surfing in the sky
I (?) on the meadow at the (?)
Hawk's looking for his thing I'm looking for mine
I guess we ain't so different the redtail and I
We were sitting on the couch Roberts and me
Wasn't doing nothing much just staring at the screen
There was chatter on the land but I couldn't get the facts
Didn't matter too much the news was all bad

The redtail hawk (?) there still
Roberts and I were heading back up that hill
(?) watch the jetplanes up in the sky
And chemtrails drifting in the blue twilight
(?) got the night to chill
But Roberts and I we're feeling the chill

We were driving down the (?) back in '91
I saw something in the sky on that afternoon run
It was a black triangle just sitting on the sun
And none of us could figure what the damn thing was
Pulled over on the road to get a better look
That thing was sitting in the sky like it was hanging on a hook
I may come up (?) to see that thing
You know it's been all day folks
I just wish it would leave
